  • 1 egg
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut (to taste)
  • 34 cup cooked rice
  • 10 -12 crackers, crushed
  • 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients, and shape into a loaf.

    Surround with saurkraut with juices.

    Bake for 2 hours.

    Serve with mashed potatoes.
