- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
- 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (Martha White or Jiffy)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add eggs, slightly beaten, and sour cream. Put in 2 cans of corn and the muffin mix.

3Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, more or less.
