  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (Martha White or Jiffy)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Add eggs, slightly beaten, and sour cream. Put in 2 cans of corn and the muffin mix.

    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, more or less.
