- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 lb. streaked meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cook peas (1 part water to 1 part peas), covered with meat, chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste until peas are tender. Add more water, if needed.

2Add rice, 1 tablespoon butter and red pepper (pinch). Simmer together for 15 minutes and serve.
