  • 5 to 6 tablespoons grated or chopped horseradish
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced white onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon slat
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (optional)

Directions

    Puree the horseradish with the vinegar in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt and pepper and optional dill and stir until blended.
