- 3 pkg. crescent rolls
- 3/4 lb. baked ham, diced
- 3/4 lb. Provolone cheese, diced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 lb. pepperoni or salami, diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red pepper
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix eggs and grated cheese together. Unroll and place one package of rolls on bottom of pan.

3Top with half of the ham, pepperoni, Provolone cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese mixture and peppers.

4Top with another unrolled package of rolls. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

5Finish with last package of rolls.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Uncover during last 1/2 hour.
