  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Carson's dried chipped beef, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
