  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 3/4 c. unpeeled, chopped red apple
  • 2/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 8 cabbage leaves (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients.

    Pour over cabbage mixture, tossing gently to coat.
