- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chipped
- 1 roll garlic or jalapeno cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chipped
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Overcook broccoli.

2Drain and set aside.

3Saute onion in margarine.

4Add soup and cheese, cut in pieces.

5Stir until cheese melts.

6Add other ingredients and broccoli.

7Cook until heated completely.

8Serve hot with crackers or tortilla chips.
