  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. diced chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 to 2 tsp. onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. mayo
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Mix together chicken, soup, celery, onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayo. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle chips on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot through. Makes about 6 servings.
