  • 1 (8 qt.) box powdered milk (for richer mixture omit milk and use large container Coffee-mate)
  • 6 oz. Coffee-mate
  • 3/4 to 1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Store in tightly sealed container.

    Dip out desired amount and add boiling or hot water. Serve with marshmallows if desired.
