  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add water and vanilla and mix well. Blend in flour and nuts.

    Chill for 4 hours.

    Shape into balls or fingers.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350° on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
