  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded with or without peppers

Directions

    Mix together corn, Bisquick mix, egg, butter and milk.

    Pour half of batter into greased pan (8 x 8-inch).

    Cover with shredded cheese.

    Pour remaining batter on top.

    Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
