  • 1 (1 lb.) can fresh crabmeat
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 5 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 shakes garlic salt
  • milk
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine and mix well the first 7 ingredients, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic salt and enough milk to make a creamy mixture.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.

    Serve with a sturdy cracker. Yields 1/2 quart.
