- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruit in colander.

2Melt butter and add brown sugar and curry.

3Pour fruit into sugar mixture and stir to coat fruit. Place in glass baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
