  • 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit in colander.

    Melt butter and add brown sugar and curry.

    Pour fruit into sugar mixture and stir to coat fruit. Place in glass baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
