Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
- 1 (17 oz.) can apricots
- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches
- 1 (15 oz.) can spiced apple rings
- 1 (16 oz.) can pears
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. dry sherry
Directions

1Drain fruit.

2Layer pineapple, apricots, peaches, apple rings and pears in glass baking dish.

3Melt butter in saucepan.

4Add sugar and cornstarch; mix well.

5Stir in sherry gradually.

6Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Pour over fruit.

8Chill, covered, overnight.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350°
