- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can Cling peaches
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pineapple slices
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can apricot halves
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pear halves
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
Directions

1Drain syrup from all fruit, reserving 2 tablespoons pineapple syrup.

2Dry fruit well on paper towel.

3Arrange fruit in 2-quart casserole with cherries on the top.

4Melt margarine with ginger, stir in reserved pineapple syrup and brown sugar.

5Heat until well blended and pour over fruit.

6Bake, uncovered, in 325° oven for 40 minutes.
