  • 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic buds, minced
  • 6 slices bacon
  • dash of chili powder
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Fry 6 pieces of bacon and remove from skillet.

    Saute onion in bacon drippings.

    Combine all in covered casserole dish.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    When done, crumble bacon on top.
