  • 1 c. canned Hormel chunk ham
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Mix ham, onion, pepper and mayonnaise.

    Pour in small baking dish.

    Heat at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

    Sprinkle cheese over mixture and bake a few minutes until cheese is melted (not browned).

    It's best to use a small hard knife to spread mixture.

    Serve with crackers and party rye bread.
