- 1 qt. onions
- 1 qt. green tomatoes
- 1 qt. cabbage
- 1 c. hot peppers
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
Directions

1Chop vegetables, then measure.

2Mix all together with salt. Let stand 2 1/2 hours.

3Do not drain.

4Boil for 10 minutes, or until done.

5Combine vinegar, sugar, flour, mustard and turmeric; let come to a boil.

6Pour over vegetable mixture; mix well.

7Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

8Yields 15 pints.

9Eat with meats.
