  • 1 1/2 pounds shelled, deveined, cooked shrimp
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1/4 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 tsp. hot mustard
  • 2 minced clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • chives

Directions

    In a large bowl combine vinegar, catsup, horseradish, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Blend in oil.

    Add shrimp.

    Chill, serve in a bowl with toothpicks; garnish with chives.
