  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans, do not chop fine
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. chopped dried beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Saute pecans in butter until lightly browned.

    Combine remaining ingredients.

    Mix together and add pecans.

    Heat in 325° oven for 25 minutes until bubbling.

    Serve with crackers or party rye bread.
