- 1/2 c. chopped pecans, do not chop fine
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. chopped dried beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Saute pecans in butter until lightly browned.

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Mix together and add pecans.

4Heat in 325° oven for 25 minutes until bubbling.

5Serve with crackers or party rye bread.
