- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. very finely chopped green pepper
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, rinsed and chopped
- 1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 or 4 shakes of onion salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pepper
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and sour cream with green pepper, onion, beef, garlic, onion salt and pepper.

2Put into small casserole. (Can be made ahead.)

3Toast pecans in melted butter in small skillet for about 2 minutes.

4Sprinkle over cheese mixture.

5At serving time, bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 350° until hot. Serve with Melba toast rounds or crackers.

6Can also be served cold.
