  • 1 c. red pepper, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
  • 5 lb. sugar
  • 2 c. white vinegar

Directions

    Boil ingredients for 10 minutes.

    Add 3 pouches Certo and boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and skim.
  4. 4
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
