- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2In 8 or 9-inch cake pan, combine pecans and melted butter.

3Toast in oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add soy sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce.
