Hot Pineapple Pie

  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Grease baking dish.

    Drain pineapple.

    Pour in dish.

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Pour over pineapple.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Top with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.

    Pour melted butter over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    This is good hot after cooked.
