- 1 stick margarine
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. raw rice
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 4 jalapenos, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In rice cooker, saute onions and pepper in margarine. When they are done, add all other ingredients.

2Start cooker.

3When bell rings, wait 10 minutes to serve.
