Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of ginger
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 4 c. warm water
- 4 tsp. salt
- 5 lb. flour (or approximately 16 c.)
Directions

1Dissolve and mix first four ingredients.

2Set aside to cool. Mix well all ingredients except flour.

3Stir in yeast mixture.

4Add flour a little at a time.

5Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until you've used all the flour.

6Let rise until double. Punch down.

7Make into rolls and place on well oiled pans.

8(Rolls can be placed in refrigerator or placed on pans in the freezer and once frozen placed in bags.)

9When ready to bake, allow to come to room temperature and rise until double.

10Bake in 400° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
