  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drain well and chop
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chili peppers
  • 1/2 of a 4 oz. can jalapeno peppers, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
