Ingredients
- 1 peck small tomatoes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. basil leaves
- 4 large onions, diced
- 4 green and/or red bell peppers, diced
- 8 to 10 hot peppers, diced
Directions

1Peel and quarter tomatoes.

2Add sugar, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and basil.

3Bring mixture to a boil and simmer about 2 hours until slightly thickened.

4Add onions, bell peppers and hot peppers to mixture and return to boil.

5Taste and add more hot peppers if desired.

6Pour into hot jars and seal.

7Makes 8 to 10 pints.
