- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can Bing cherries, drained
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. blanched almonds
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries
Directions

1Put butter, curry powder and brown sugar in a saucepan.

2Melt to a syrup.

3Arrange half the fruit in the bottom of an ovenproof casserole dish.

4Pour in half the almonds and half the syrup. Arrange the rest of the fruit on top and add remaining syrup and almonds.

5Garnish the top with the maraschino cherries.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.

7Can be assembled the day before.

8Ready to be heated anytime.

9Serves 10 to 12.
