Hot Spinach Dip

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained and thawed
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese (I cut back to 3/4 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 to 9 slices fried bacon

    Mix cheeses, mayo and lemon juice.

    Mix well.

    Add drained spinach.

    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon on top!

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Serve with thin slices of French bread.
