Hot Spinach Or Broccoli Dip

- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round sourdough bread loaf
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Break bread in pieces and bake about 15 minutes.

3Saute celery, pepper and onion in margarine.

4Add cheese. Stir over low heat until melted.

5Stir in remainder of ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.

6Serve hot with bread pieces and/or vegetable dippers.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
