  • 1 lb. sliced raw pork
  • 2 small cans green chilies
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 Habanero peppers or any other hot pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 3 oz. chicken soup base
  • 3/4 lb. oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Brown pork chops and jalapeno in olive oil. When brown, add Habanero peppers and 1 gallon water. When hot, add chicken soup base.

    Cook until pork is tender. Check taste. Add more chicken base if needed.
