Rolls With Flax Seeds

- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. dark syrup
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. flax seeds
- 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. white flour
Directions

1Put the yeast in the water with the syrup and oil.

2Stir until the yeast is dissolved.

3Mix salt, flax seeds and whole wheat, then add to yeast mixture.

4Add most of the white flour (about 2 cups) but not all.

5Then add the rest when kneading.

6Knead the dough well until firm (about 5 minutes).

7Put in a bowl and cover and let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
