Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups White Wine (to Taste--I Usually Use More!)
  • 1 clove Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger, Peeled And Finely Grated
  • 3 pounds Chicken, Cut Up -- Assorted Parts

Directions

    Whisk together everything except the chicken parts.

    Pour into a gallon-size or larger zip-top bag.

    Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag and lay it into a baking dish or another vessel such that the chicken is able to rest well in the marinade.

    Marinate at least overnight, but the longer it marinates, the deeper the flavor will penetrate the chicken.

    Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.

    Feel free to baste the chicken with additional marinade.

    Alternatively, you can bake the chicken on a baking sheet at 375 F for 45-60 minutes.

    Either way, make sure the juices run clear when done.
