- 3/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups White Wine (to Taste--I Usually Use More!)
- 1 clove Finely Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger, Peeled And Finely Grated
- 3 pounds Chicken, Cut Up -- Assorted Parts
Directions

1Whisk together everything except the chicken parts.

2Pour into a gallon-size or larger zip-top bag.

3Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag and lay it into a baking dish or another vessel such that the chicken is able to rest well in the marinade.

4Marinate at least overnight, but the longer it marinates, the deeper the flavor will penetrate the chicken.

5Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.

6Feel free to baste the chicken with additional marinade.

7Alternatively, you can bake the chicken on a baking sheet at 375 F for 45-60 minutes.

8Either way, make sure the juices run clear when done.
