  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chickpeas or 2 (16 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
  • 12 cup tahini
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 minced garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne
  • 12 teaspoon coriander
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 14 cup lemon juice
