  • 1/2 c. tahini paste (sesame paste)
  • 1/3 c. warm water
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 2 to 4 tsp. lemon juice (I use 4)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • black pepper to taste (I use about 1/4 tsp.)
