- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 cup iced water
- a sprinkle of ground cumin on top with parsley sprig
Directions

1Wash and drain chick peas. Add above ingredients in food processor or blender at high speed for 7 minutes. Drizzle a tiny amount of iced cold water while processing to smooth dip. Sprinkle cumin over top. Garnish with parsley sprig. Add more seasonings to taste.
