  • 1 can chick peas (I prefer Progresso)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup iced water
  • a sprinkle of ground cumin on top with parsley sprig

Directions

    Wash and drain chick peas. Add above ingredients in food processor or blender at high speed for 7 minutes. Drizzle a tiny amount of iced cold water while processing to smooth dip. Sprinkle cumin over top. Garnish with parsley sprig. Add more seasonings to taste.
