- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 c. tahini paste
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. cumino (ground)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- olive oil (optional)
- mint leaf for garnish, if in season
- veggies for dipping
Directions

1In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, tahini paste, lemon juice and yogurt.

2Blend until smooth.

3Add green onion, cumino, garlic and salt.

5Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.

6Spread over a plate.

7Drizzle olive oil over the top.
