  • 2 c. chickpeas, drained and pat dry
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. parsley (on top)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Blend together 15 seconds.

    Scrape sides; add oil to smooth. Serve with veggies or pita bread.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
