- 1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine 1/4 cup bean liquid and remaining ingredients.

2Process until mixture is smooth paste.

3Add more liquid if needed to make desired consistency.

4Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

5Serve with crackers or pita bread.

6Use as a dip for crudites or use as a stuffing for celery.
