- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- pine nuts to garnish
- fresh vegetables
- pita bread
Directions

1In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin and lemon juice. Puree until smooth, adding water to thin if necessary. Season. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.
