- 1 pack garbanzo beans
- tahini (can be purchased in natural food store)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- salt and red pepper
- olive oil
- parsley
Directions

1Boil the garbanzo beans in a pot (water should cover the beans).

2When the beans are cooked and soft, remove from the stove and let it cool down.

3Grind the garbanzo beans in a blender with the water left after boiling; add lemon juice.

4Add salt and 6 spoonfuls tahini.

5Put in Pyrex.

6Add red pepper, olive oil and parsley (chopped) on top.
