  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Add barbecue sauce, onions and brown sugar; set aside.

    Separate biscuits in each of 10 ungreased muffin cups.

    Press dough up sides to edge of cup and spoon meat mixture into jackpots. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
