Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Hydrox cookies
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 6 Hershey almond bars, chilled

Directions

    Cook marshmallows, milk and beaten egg yolks until marshmallows dissolve.

    Cool.

    Whip egg whites until stiff.

    Mix all ingredients together, except candy bars.

    Crush chilled candy bars and add to mixture.

    Crush cookies fine.

    Put 1/2 of crumbs in an 8 x 11-inch dish.

    Pour pudding mixture over the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.

    Chill 24 hours before serving.
