  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. whipping cream (heavy)
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 6 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar gradually, then add remaining ingredients.

    Should measure 10 cups.

    Put into freezer (electric) for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Makes 1 gallon.
