- 1 pt. ice cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Directions

1Use melon baller to scoop small balls of ice cream.

2Arrange balls on chilled wax paper. Freeze at least 2 hours. Combine butter and chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted.

3Stir in milk.

4Cool. Use fork to dip ice cream ball in chocolate.

5Return to freezer until serving time.

6Makes 30 to 35 bonbons.
