Ingredients: 2 cup any flavor softend ice cream (I used chocolate); 1 cup self rising flour (not all purpose); 1 chocolate chips or any other extras (I used peanut butter chips)

2 cup any flavor softend ice cream (I used chocolate)
1 cup self rising flour (not all purpose)
1 chocolate chips or any other extras (I used peanut butter chips)

Directions

pre-heat oven to 350F

spray loaf pan with oil and flour

put softend ice cream in a bowl with the self rising flour mix until just moistend

add your chips or extras and stir lighty

spoon batter into pan, smooth out and place in center of rack until tooth pick comes out clean when inserted

take out and cool in pan for 5 min then take out of pan and finish cooling on a wire rack

cut and enjoy!
