  • 2 cup any flavor softend ice cream (I used chocolate)
  • 1 cup self rising flour (not all purpose)
  • 1 chocolate chips or any other extras (I used peanut butter chips)

Directions

    pre-heat oven to 350F

    spray loaf pan with oil and flour
  3. 3
    put softend ice cream in a bowl with the self rising flour mix until just moistend
  4. 4
    add your chips or extras and stir lighty
  5. 5
    spoon batter into pan, smooth out and place in center of rack until tooth pick comes out clean when inserted
  6. 6
    take out and cool in pan for 5 min then take out of pan and finish cooling on a wire rack
  7. 7
    cut and enjoy!
