- 1 sponge cake, broken in small pieces
- 1/2 gal. ice cream
- 1 can or jar ice cream topping
Directions

1In tube or Bundt pan, place half of cake pieces.

2Let ice cream get soft.

3Spoon half of ice cream over cake.

4Pour half of sauce over top.

5Add rest of cake and ice cream.

6Let ice cream melt into cake (about 1 hour).

7Refreeze overnight.

8Unmold on serving dish.

9Serve remaining sauce over sliced ice cream cake. Delicious!
