  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream, soft (your choice)
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.

    Press into a 9 x 12-inch cookie pan.

    Spread soft ice cream on top of cookies. Freeze until firm.
